PKB Girls Golf Tour’s Bermuda Run Classic at Bermuda Run West

Andrea Robbins shoots final round 74 to win by 3 shots!

Advance, NC- The Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour hosted its seventh event at Bermuda Run Classic this past weekend at Bermuda Run West Course. The weather held off for the girls and at the end of day 2 Andrea Robbins of Liberty, NC took home the medalist honors with a final round 74 and two day total of 154.

The victory was Robbins first of her career on the PKB Tour, but it does not look like it will be her last as her skills seem to continual develop each year she competes.

“I really concentrated on my pre shot routine this week and made sure I was focused before I hit every shot and I think it really paid off because I made a lot less mental mistakes,” stated Robbins after the round.

Following Robbins was Lori Beth Adams of Burlington, NC at 157, Casey Ward of Chapel Hill, NC at 159, Kristi Ingram of Winston-Salem, NC at 162, and Evie Dole of Cary, NC at 166.

IN the Futures Division, Madison Moosa continued her winning streak as she took home her fourth victory of the season posting back to back 79’s for a 158 total and a 6 shot victory.

Following Moosa was Sarah Spicer of Bahama, NC at 164, Emily Stinson of Charlotte, NC at 166, Ashlii Thompson of Brown Summit, NC and Jessica Spicer of Bahama, NC at 168.
