Bryan Park, home of the UNCG\u00a0women&#8217;s golf team and the Bryan Ntational Women&#8217;s Tournament, is a tricky course for this two-day tournament. The event features a field 4 alumni players from the PKB Girls\u2019 Golf Tour, the nation\u2019s largest \u201cgirls\u2019 only\u201d junior tour.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pkbgt.org\/images\/courses\/bryanpark.gif\" align=\"right\" hspace=\"20\" vspace=\"20\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Leading the Collegiate Series in a tie for first place are Carley Cox (China Grove, NC 2015) and Ashlii Thompson (Browns Summit, NC 2013) each with a 75. \u00a0In sole third place with a 79 is Rhea Bhatia (Wake Forest, NC 2015).<\/p>\n<p>Prizes will be award to the top two individual and team finishers. \u00a0We look forward to a great event!<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pkbgt.org\">Peggy Kirk Bell Girls\u2019 Golf Tour<\/a>\u00a0is an initiative of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tygf.org\">Triad Youth Golf Foundation<\/a>, a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation aimed at increasing learning and playing opportunities for youth golfers. Based out of Greensboro, North Carolina, the PKBGT offers affordable, high-quality nationally ranked girls\u2019 golf tournaments designed to prepare junior girls\u2019 golfers for high school and collegiate golf. The PKBGT is the nation\u2019s largest \u201cgirls\u2019 only\u201d junior tour with over 450 members in 2015 and 450 girls playing in or committed to collegiate golf.
