Pleasant, SC- The third event of the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour will take place at Patriots Point Golf Links this weekend. The 18 player field will consist of top performers from four states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland including hometown favorite Shelby Winters. Winters finished second in the PKBGT\u2019s first event this year at Cobblestone.
