The 7th Annual Precision Golf Junior Girls’ Championships is in the books and 2 new champions have been crowned.\u00a0 The 2-day event at Bryan Park featured 58 junior girls, ages 12 – 18, from throughout the region.<\/p>\n

In the BELL Division, first round co-leader Lori Beth Adams (Burlington, NC)\u00a0claimed the title with a 72,74-146 to claim a three shot lead over 2009 Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Golf Tour Order of Merit Champion Katherine Perry (Cary, NC) 75,74-149.\u00a0 Lori Beth claims her first Bell Division title following\u00a0 three previous wins in the Futures Division (’03, ’04 & ’05).\u00a0 Two players tied for third,\u00a0Kristi\u00a0Ingram (Winston-Salem, NC)\u00a0 72\u00a0,81-153 and\u00a0Andrea\u00a0Robbins (Liberty, NC)\u00a0\u00a074,79-153.<\/p>\n

In the FUTURES Division, Ashley Osiecki\u00a0 ( New Bern, NC )\u00a0 78 , 80 – 158 claimed the title in a scorecard play-off due to darkness.\u00a0 This is Ashley’s first PGS Jr Championship.\u00a0\u00a0Isabella Rusher\u00a0 ( Salisbury, NC )\u00a0 75 , 83 – 158
\nplaced 2nd and\u00a0Allyson Markiewicz\u00a0 ( Charlotte, NC )\u00a0 79 , 83 – 162 placed third.<\/p>\n
