UNC Chapel Hill&#8217;s home stomping ground, UNC Finley GC,  serves as a challenging course for this two day event.  The event features a full field of 90 players from the PKB Girls\u2019 Golf Tour, the nation\u2019s largest \u201cgirls\u2019 only\u201d junior tour with over 400 members and 94 alumni in the collegiate ranks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Bell Division field features 51 players highlighted by six of the top 10 players of the 2012 PKBGT Order of Merit lists and two champions from 2011 making their 2012 debut.\u00a0 Leading the field will be 2012 <a href=\"http:\/\/pkb.shotstat.com\/Tour\/TournamentDetail.aspx?TID=355\">PKBGT PKB Foundation Classic @ Pine Needles <\/a>champion Madison Moosa (Charlotte, NC, 2017), currently sitting in 4th position on the Order of Merit lists.\u00a0\u00a0 Fellow top-5 players Sarah Bae (Raleigh, NC 2013) and <\/span>Shannon Brooks (Vienna, VA 2015) will be vying for their first titles of 2012.\u00a0 Eden Howard (2014, Lamar, SC) looks to make it two in a row after claiming the <a href=\"http:\/\/pkb.shotstat.com\/Tour\/TournamentDetail.aspx?TID=357\">SC University Classic at Clemson University<\/a>.\u00a0 Cecily Overbey (2014, High Point, NC) looks to build off her strong final round at the Clemson while reigning Order of Merit champion Bryana Nguyen (2014, Columbia, MD) is always lurking at the top of the leader board.\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #000000;\">2011 Precision Jr&#8217; Girls&#8217; Champion Amanda Hollandsworth (2014, Floyd, VA) and 2011 rocketTour Kick-Off champion Victoria Allred (2014, Pfafftown, NC) look to make a statement in their first PKBGT events of 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">he Futures Division field features another strong field with 39 players from across the region.\u00a0 Four of the\u00a0top five players on the Order of Merit lists\u00a0are in the field, including current leader Gina Kim (2018, Chapel Hill, NC), the winner of the 2012 PKB Foundation Classic at Pine Needles.\u00a0 Amy Wooten (2018, Clinton, NC) looks for her 2nd victory of the year while Emilia Migliaccio (2017, Cary, NC) and Kristin Hearp (2016, Salem, VA) look for their first.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pkbgt.org\">Peggy Kirk Bell Girls\u2019 Golf Tour<\/a> is an initiative of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tygf.org\">Triad Youth Golf Foundation<\/a>, a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation aimed at increasing learning and playing opportunities for youth golfers.  Based out of Greensboro, North Carolina, the PKBGT offers low cost, nationally ranked girls\u2019 golf tournaments designed to prepare junior girls\u2019 golfers for high school and collegiate golf.
