Roanoke, VA – <\/b>The\u00a0Peggy Kirk Bell Girls\u2019 Golf Tour<\/a>\u00a0teamed up with Valley Junior Girls, a local organization based in Roanoke, VA, and traveled to Hunting Hills Country Club<\/a> for the Valley Junior Girls Open. Hunting Hills Country Club is situated in the mountains of Roanoke, VA, providing for a challenging course setting with elevated tee shots and undulating greens.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

Bell National<\/h2>\n

Roanoke native Ashnoor Kaur<\/strong> takes the lead after Round One at the Valley Junior Girls Open, scoring a low round of 75 (+4). Sitting just below first are Grace Addison<\/strong> (Abingdon, VA 2023), Cameron Freund<\/strong> (Bethesda, MD 2023), and Madison Lehr<\/strong> (Mechanicsville, VA 2024). All three girls are presently tied for second, with a score of 79 (+8).<\/p>\n

Another local takes the lead in the Futures National division at Hunting Hills Country Club!\u00a0Lily Hollberg<\/strong> (Moseley, VA 2025) fired an opening-round 79 (+8) to lead by three. Emmerson Bartley\u00a0<\/b>(Roanoke, VA 2022) and Taylor Davis\u00a0<\/strong>(Salem, VA 2024) are tied for second place with a score of 82 (+11). Katherine Yun<\/strong> (Ashburn, VA 2028) also scored an eagle today!<\/p>\n
