College Park, MD. \u2013<\/strong> November, 2010 \u2013 Elyse Smidinger of Arundel High School took the top spot of this year’s Maryland High School State Championship.\u00a0 Smindinger, a Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Golf Tour<\/a> member, finished the tournament with a 143 total to win the Championship.\u00a0 Bryana Nguyen, a fellow member of the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Golf Tour<\/a>, finished with a 149 total and claimed second place in the field.<\/p>\n

Both players from Maryland will be among the top girls in the field for the upcoming Peggy Kirk Bell Invitational<\/a>.\u00a0 The tournament will be held at the recently renovated Stoney Creek Golf Club<\/a>.\u00a0 The invitational features 60 players that are invited to come play the year-end event of the Tour.<\/p>\n
