{"id":12753,"date":"2020-12-20T01:00:12","date_gmt":"2020-12-20T01:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pkbgt.org\/news\/?p=12753"},"modified":"2020-12-20T01:00:12","modified_gmt":"2020-12-20T01:00:12","slug":"pkbgt-tradition-series","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pkbgt.org\/news\/pkbgt-tradition-series\/","title":{"rendered":"Girls Golf of America Announces the PKBGT Tradition Series"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GREENSBORO, NC\u00a0 &#8211; Girls Golf of America Inc and the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour (PKBGT) are excited to announce the launch of the PKBGT Tradition Ambassador program to increase exposure to American girls golfers.\u00a0 Current LPGA Tour professionals Katherine Perry Hamski &amp; Emma Talley and PGA Kory Ferry Tour Professional Kyle Reifers will each serve as Tradition Ambassadors for 2021. The Ambassadors will provide mentorship opportunities with current PKBGT members in addition to a hosting a tournament in their home states.<\/p>\n<p>The series schedule currently features the Katherine Perry Hamski Girls Tradition at UNC Finley Golf Club in Chapel Hill, North Carolina on March 13-14, 2021, the Emma Talley Girls Tradition presented by Kentucky Jr Golf Tour at Bowling Green Country Club in Bowling Green, Kentucky on April 17-18, 2021, and the Kyle Reifers &amp; Family Girls Tradition to be hosted in Columbus, Ohio at a course to be determined in May 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, a personalized experience for players of the PKBGT will be hosted by the Ambassador. The structure and date of this experience is to-be-determined because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the forthcoming announcement of the LPGA &amp; Kory Ferry Tour\u2019s schedule. Henry in a play-off at the 2015 PGA Tour Barracuda Championship.\u00a0 \u00a0A golfing family, both of his parents are accomplished amateur players, evidenced by both winning Ohio State Amateurs (the same tournament their son won in 2004).\u00a0 \u00a0A site is currently being selected in the Columbus, Ohio region to host the 2021 Kyle Reifers &amp; Family Girls Tradition this Spring.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am so excited to partner with the PKBGGT and be a part of the inaugural Tradition Series.
