On Saturday December 14, players competed on the Eagle Classic at Georgia Southern University Golf Course<\/a> in Statesboro, GA. The course is home to the Georgia Southern Women\u2019s Golf Team.\"\"<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The event features a field of 12 players\u00a0from the PKB Girls\u2019 Golf Tour, the nation’s largest \u201cgirls\u2019 only\u201d junior tour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Founded in 2007 by the Triad Youth Golf Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, as a local girls\u2019 golf tour in the Triad region of North Carolina, the tour began as a simple concept: create more effective competitive playing opportunities for girls. By utilizing innovative yardage-based divisions instead of the traditional age-based format, the tour focused on developing tournament experience at the player\u2019s pace.
