Bridget Wilkie<\/strong>\u00a0(Bluffton, SC 2024) made four birdies on Saturday and was one back of the lead entering Sunday’s final round. After a slow start, Wilkie made twelve straight pars and then birdied the eighteenth to take the solo lead and win the tournament! Megan Kirkpatrick<\/strong>\u00a0(Woodbine, MD 2024) birdied the par-5 16th helping to push her to a solo second place finish. Jillian Fatkin<\/strong>\u00a0(Oak Island, NC 2024) posted a great Sunday round of 73 (+1) to move up the leaderboard and finish in third. Leah Edwards<\/strong>\u00a0(Greensboro, NC 2025) and Alisa Pressley<\/strong>\u00a0(Hoschton, GA 2025) played solid over the weekend helping them to finish tied for fourth.<\/p>\n

Julia Capellini\u00a0<\/b>(Cary, NC 2026) entered Sunday tied for the lead with Gabriella McGehee\u00a0<\/b>(Mineral, VA 2025). Capellini got off to a quick start birdieing the first hole and added another on the seventeenth. Mia Andrade<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>(Chapin, SC 2025) was four back to start the day but fired the low round of the tournament for the Prep division, a 73 (+1). Her three birdies and brilliant final round brought her back to force a playoff with Capellini! It took three holes to decide the champion and on the third playoff hole Cappelini came through to win the Prep division title! McGehee posted a final round 80 (+8) to tie for third with Peyton Nichols\u00a0<\/strong>(Winterville, NC 2024) who shot back-to-back rounds of 78 (+6) to secure medalist honors.<\/p>\n

Katelyn Cox\u00a0<\/b>(Taylors, SC 2026) entered Sunday’s round five back of the lead and tied for fourth place but was perfect on Sunday! Cox made two birdies and a lone birdie to shoot a 1-under par round of 71 to come from behind and win the Futures National division by three! Lina Polteraitis<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>(Florence, SC 2026) made two birdies on Sunday and two on Saturday to finish in solo second place. \u00a0Maya Claffey\u00a0<\/b>(Charlotte, NC 2027) made three birdies during her opening round and would shoot an 80 (+8) on Sunday to earn third place. Rounding out the medalists in the Futures division was Gabriella Collelo\u00a0<\/strong>(Pinehurst, NC 2029) who made a birdie on the fifteenth to finish in fourth.<\/p>\n
