One week remains in the collegiate golf fall season. Most players took their final tournament swings until the leaves fall, the cold season passes and spring blossoms once again. A select few will have one last opportunity to take home a medal next weekend.
For our PKBGT alumni competing to earn their 2019 LPGA membership in Pinehurst, the final stretch is within reach as five of eight rounds have been completed. Those flirting with the cut line will be sure to muster up all the strength within themselves for a final push.

Division I
Landfall Tradition (UNC Wilmington, Oct. 26-28)
In the final event of her 2018 fall campaign Freshman Gina Kim (Chapel Hill, NC 2018) took home a share of the individual medalist honors to go along with the team championship for her Duke Blue Devil women’s golf program. Kim closed out the weekend with a strong 69 (-3) showing in the final round of play. Emilia Migliaccio (Cary, NC 2017) of Wake Forest sat just outside the top 10 with a T11 finish.

Multiple PKBGT alumni gathered in Spartanburg to close out their season with top 10 finishes. Leading the pack was Joliana Elias (Jamestown, NC 2015) of Appalachian State finished T6 (+7). Samantha Vodry (Mooresville, NC 2016) finished T9 as her High Point team brought home first place honors.

The Anderson University closed out an incredible fall season with yet another team victory in Puerto Rico and finish the season at 16th in the GolfStat rankings. Anna Freeman (Aiken, SC 2017) led the individuals with a 3rd place finish. Kate Hill (Clemson, SC 2016) was a few spots behind T5.
