Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour extends partnership for fourth year with Notah Begay III Jr Golf National Championship to return All Girls National Championship to the Golf Channel

This continued partnership between NB3 JGNC and the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour will continue to provide a platform that has never been done before for junior girls’ golf. Building on the success of the previous PKBGT/NB3 Girls Golf National Championship televised on Golf Channel, the two junior golf leaders will bring more opportunities to young, aspiring female golfers to make their dreams become a reality.

In partnership with title sponsors, Junior Golf Hub, Short Par 4 and the R1 Companies, the NB3 JGNC is entering its 6th year. A two-stage nationwide qualifying process for both boys and girls culminate in a 54-hole National Championship televised on a 2-hour show on Golf Channel for each gender.

“It has been an important initiative for our Series, but we could not be more excited to continue this unique partnership and all girl’s championship to the junior golf circuit,” said Notah Begay III, founder of the NB3 Foundation, four-time PGA TOUR winner and NBC Sports broadcaster.

The PKBGT has solidified themselves as the premier girl’s golf tour that actively increases participation and interest in girl’s golf throughout the country. Their mission is to provide a venue for aspiring collegiate golfers to help them develop, compete, and be recognized throughout affordable, top-level tournament competitions.

“The PKBGT is excited to extend our partnership with the NB3 series to grow more quality competitive golf opportunities for the girls” said Mike Parker, Tour Director of the PKBGT. “The Girls National Championship Series will expand the exposure and reach for girls across the country, and we are excited to host the girls-only championship in November 2025!

The 2024 Girls National Championship Series featured over 1,000 girls competing across 33 regional locations to earn a spot to play at Koasati Pines for the PKBGT/NB3 Girls National Championship on the Golf Channel. Through the continued partnership, increased capacity for girls’ participation at the Regional Finals level nearly doubled and we aim to continue its growth moving forward.

What makes the series unique is there are no membership fees or requirements to register, players simply must have an interest in competing and can find a Local Qualifier near them to register. To find out more, visit www.jgnc.org.
