Recap: Middle Atlantic Series Finale at Fawn Lake CC

On Saturday-Sunday, September 29-30, the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Golf Tour plays the Middle Atlantic Series Finale event at Fawn Lake CC in Spotsylvania, VA.

The Middle Atlantic One-Day Series included 11 One-Day tournaments in the Middle Atlantic, concluding this weekend with a two-day Series Finale. These events offer innovative yardage-based divisions to girls aged 9-17. The PKBGT Series Progression allows players to progress towards playing collegiate golf by playing yardage/skill appropriate tournaments as they develop their game.

One-day tournaments are designed for golfers of all skill levels, but are a great place for development golfers to “get in to the swing of things” playing tournament golf. The goal of the One-Day Open Series events is to provide a fun and friendly tournament on a premium golf course. The Middle Atlantic Series Finale at Fawn Lake features a field of 54 players from the PKB Girls’ Golf Tour, the nation’s largest “girls’ only” junior tour.
