The SC One-Day Series will include 8 One-Day tournaments in the South Carolina region, concluding with a two-day Series Finale at the end of the season. These events offer innovative yardage-based divisions to girls aged 9-17. The PKBGT Series Progression allows players to progress towards playing collegiate golf by playing yardage/skill appropriate tournaments as they develop their game.

One-day tournaments are designed for golfers of all skill levels, but are a great place for development golfers to “get in to the swing of things” playing tournament golf. The goal of One-Day Open Series events is to provide a fun and friendly tournament on a premium golf course. The South Carolina One-Day Series event at The Country Club of South Carolina featured a field of 21 players from the PKB Girls’ Golf Tour, the nation’s largest “girls’ only” junior tour.

The Champion of the Prep Division was Telie McCoy (Early Branch, SC 2019) with a score of 4-over par, 76. Finishing runner-up, just 1 stroke behind, was Ella Kue (Kings Mountain, NC 2023) with a score of 77. Tatum Warr (Hartsville, SC 2018) finished in 3rd place with a score of 80. Finishing in 4th place with a score of 85 was Jordan Kirkley (McBee, SC 2019).

The Champion of the Futures Division was Regan Clifford (Mount Pleasant, SC 2020) with a score of 81. There was a two-way tie for 2nd place. Paige Paolucci won the scorecard playoff, finishing runner-up with a score of 85. Allison Lebo (North Augusta, SC 2022) finished in 3rd place also with a score of 85. Finishing in 4th place with a score of 86 was Ashton Gupton (Smithfield, NC 2021).

Congratulations to all of our winners at the SC One-Day Series at The Country Club of South Carolina! The SC One-Day Series is back in action Saturday, July 7th at The Windermere Club in Blythewood, SC. There is still time to register!
