The SC One-Day Series will include 8 One-Day tournaments in the South Carolina region, concluding with a two-day Series Finale at the end of the season. These events offer innovative yardage-based divisions to girls aged 9-17. The PKBGT Series Progression allows players to progress towards playing collegiate golf by playing yardage/skill appropriate tournaments as they develop their game.

One-day tournaments are designed for golfers of all skill levels, but are a great place for development golfers to “get in to the swing of things” playing tournament golf. The goal of One-Day Open Series events is to provide a fun and friendly tournament on a premium golf course. The South Carolina One-Day Series event at The Country Club of South Carolina features a field of 21 players from the PKB Girls’ Golf Tour, the nation’s largest “girls’ only” junior tour.

Featured in the 9 player Prep Series are Cori Langford (Blythewood, SC 2020),  Ella Kue ( King Mountain, NC 2023) and Lilia Joyce (Mt Pleasant, SC 2019).  Cori is currently ranked 34th on the Prep Southeast Order of Merit. She finished runner-up at the Coastal Carolina Classic at the Hackler Course at Coastal Carolina University.  Ella is currently ranked 20th on the Prep Southeast Order of Merit and has won three events including the PKBGT Masters at Greenville CC. Lilia is currently ranked T44th on the Prep Southeast Order of Merit and has had three top-10 finishes this year.

Featured in the 13 player Futures Series are Regan Clifford (Mount Pleasant, SC 2020), Isabella Bernagozzi (Gilbert, SC 2022) and Paige Paulucci (Blythewood, SC 2022). Regan is currently ranked T20 on the Futures SC Order of Merit and finished 4th at the Coastal Carolina Classic at the Hackler Course at Coastal Carolina University. Isabella is currently ranked 13th on the Futures SC Order of Merit and finished 11th at the SC One-Day Series at Spring Valley Country Club. Paige is currently ranked 2nd on the Futures SC Order of Merit and was the champion at the SC One-Day Series at Spring Valley Country Club.

Everyone looks to continue their success this weekend at the SC One-Day Series event The Country Club of South Carolina! Awards will be presented to the top-4 finishers in the Prep and Futures Series. We look forward to a great event!
