On Saturday-Sunday, August 26-27, 2017, the PKBGT will be playing the Southeast Series Finale @ Cobbs Glen CC in Spartanburg, SC. 
The Southeast Series Finale will conclude the SC One-Day Series of the 2017 Season. The South Carolina One-Day tournaments are designed for golfers of all skill levels, but are a great place for development golfers to “get in to the swing of things” playing tournament golf. The goal of South Carolina One-Day Series events is to provide a fun and friendly tournament on a premium golf course.
Featured in the Prep Series are Madison Jordan (Anderson, SC 2018), Chloe Holder (Williamston, SC 2021) and Emily Song (Charlotte, NC 2019). Madison finished in 1st place at her first PKBGT event of the 2017 season, the SC One-Day Series at The Carolina Country Club. Chloe is currently ranked 5th in the Prep Order of Merit – SE, and finished top-10 in the Palmetto Classic and the Tiger Classic, both in South Carolina. Emily is currently ranked 13th in the Prep Order of Merit – SE and finished runner-up at the SC One-Day Series at Spring Valley CC. They look to continue their success this weekend at the Southeast Series Finale at Cobbs Glen CC.
Featured in the Futures Series are Jasmine Donaghue (Candler, NC 2020), Jessica Edwards (Moore, SC 2020), and Cindy Song (Waxhaw, NC 2023). Jasmine is currently ranked 11th in the Futures Order of Merit – SC and finished T2 in her last SC One-Day event at The Carolina Country Club. Jessica is currently ranked 4th in the Futures Order of Merit – SC and finished 3rd in her last SC One-Day Series appearance at Spring Valley CC. Cindy is currently ranked 9th in the Futures Order of Merit – SC and has finished in 1st place in her last three One-Day Series Events in North and South Carolina. They look to continue their success this weekend at the Southeast Finale at Cobbs Glen CC.
Awards will be presented to the top-4 finishers in the Prep and Futures Series. We look forward to a great event!
The Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Golf Tour is an initiative of the Triad Youth Golf Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation aimed at increasing learning and playing opportunities for youth golfers. Based out of Greensboro, North Carolina, the PKBGT offers affordable, high-quality nationally ranked girls’ golf tournaments designed to prepare junior girls’ golfers for high school and collegiate golf.
