On Saturday, June 17, 2017, the PKBGT will be playing the South Carolina One-Day Series Event at Woodside Plantation CC in Aiken, SC.  The South Carolina One-Day tournaments are designed for golfers of all skill levels, but are a great place for development golfers to “get in to the swing of things” playing tournament golf. The goal of  South Carolina One-Day Series events is to provide a fun and friendly tournament on a premium golf course.

Featured in the 4-player Prep One-Day SC Series is Mary Kathryn Talledo (Blythewood, SC 2021) and Telie McCoy (Early Branch, SC 2019). Mary Kathryn is currently ranked 18th on the Storie Apparel Order of Merit – SE, and finished in 6th place last weekend at the SC One-Day Series Event at Mid Carolina Club. Telie is currently ranked 12th on the Storie Apparel Order of Merit – SE and finished in 7th place at our first SC One-Day Series Event of the season at The Windermere Club. Both players look to continue their success this weekend at Woodside Plantation CC.

Featured in the 22-player Futures One-Day SC Series is Ella Kue (King Mountain, NC 2023), Claire Owens (Charlotte, NC 2019), and Abby Franks (Roebuck, SC 2023). Each player had good performances last week at our SC One-Day Event at Mid Carolina Club. Ella is currently ranked 1st on the Storie Apparel Order of Merit – SC and finished in 3rd place at Mid Carolina Club. Claire is currently ranked 10th on the Store Apparel Order of Merit – SC and finished in 4th place at Mid Carolina Club. Abby is currently ranked T11 on the Storie Apparel Order of Merit – SC and placed T5 at the Mid Carolina Club event. Each player looks to continue their success this weekend at Woodside Plantation CC.

We have 3 players in our Discovery Division this week from both North and South Carolina.

Awards will be presented to the top-4 finishers in the Prep & Futures Divisions, and top-2 finishers in the Discovery Division.  We look forward to a great event!
